Oyster Yachts,the iconic British builder of the world’s finest luxury bluewater sailing yachts, is delighted to announce the appointment of Stefan Zimmermann Zschockeas Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2025.With more than three decades of international industry experience, the accomplished engineer, passionate sailor, and seasoned manufacturing leader will guide the company’s next phase of growth as Oyster builds upon its capable model line-up and introduces even more opportunities to interactwit hand offer experiences to its owners. With a career bridging both engineering and operations leadership, including senior roles with globall yrenowned brands such as Rolls-Royce Power Solutions, Zimmermann Zschocke has built a reputation for delivering transformational improvements in manufacturing quality and efficiency, while staying groundedin customer-focused values. During his time working on Aston Martin engines and power trains, when the company was under Ford owner ship,he contributed significantly to their performance development. His experience extends to the marine realm, where he most recently served as a Member of the Executive Board of Hanse Yachts AG. Together with his fellow board member, the company implemented a focused brand and product strategy and launched a number of award-winning models—including the Hanse 460and the Moody 48 DS, both named “European Yacht of the Year,” as well as the Fjord 39 XP, which earned international recognition. Zimmermann Zschockeis also a lifelong and competitive sailor, deeply connected to the experience of life at sea,a trait that mirrors the very essence of the Oyster brand. A passionate yachtsman ,Zimmermann Zschocke has raced in numerous regattas and continues to be actively involved in the sailing community, bringing a sailor’s perspective and instinct to his leadership. Zimmermann Zschocke’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Oyster, as the company builds upon record global sales;expands its portfolio of owner experiences; including the Oyster World Rally, Bluewater Academy, and Oyster Explorers Club; and continues to innovate with the launch of new yacht models like the 805.Zimmermann Zschocke’s leadership will build on this momentum, reinforcing Oyster’s commitment to craftsmanship, flawless production quality, robust construction, and industry-leadingdesign.

He has also worked extensively in the UK, further aligning him with Oyster’s heritage as a proudly British brand.
