YARE

#YARE2026

YARE – Yachting Aftersales & Refit Experience – returns from 11 to 13 March 2026 with its 16th edition, reaffirming its position as one of the key international events for the refit and service sector of superyachts. For over fifteen years, in the heart of the Tuscan nautical district, YARE has brought together captains, yacht managers, shipyards, and specialized companies within a unique framework designed to facilitate targeted meetings and generate concrete business opportunities.

Since its inception, YARE has embraced a distinctive approach: no exhibition stands, no pavilions, no distractions. Only efficiency, direct dialogue, and profiled meetings. This vision is the foundation of the 2026 concept: “Zero stand. 100% efficiency. The YARE way”—a principle that has made the event the most effective business environment at international level for the refit & aftersales segment. A format that, over the years, has cultivated a stable and highly qualified global community, confirming YARE’s role as a benchmark for the sector.

The results of the first 15 editions reflect the impact of this approach: over 1,600 captains involved, more than 2,000 companies participating, approximately 450 agreements reached in the six months following each edition, and a community that consistently exceeds 650 professionals each year, with an exhibitor and participant reconfirmation rate estimated at over 70%. Figures that demonstrate the event’s ability to create real value and maintain a strong, stable presence in the agenda of international yachting professionals.

The 2026 edition will offer a full experience starting from the morning of the first day with the arrival of the captains. The traditional District Tour will provide a guided visit through shipyards, companies, suppliers, and technology centers within the Tuscan nautical district, allowing participants to gain first-hand insight into the excellence, expertise, and production processes that make this area a strategic hub for refit activities in the Mediterranean. The programme will continue the following day with the long-established International Captains Forum, one of the event’s most anticipated moments. Through panels, technical dialogues, and dedicated contributions, the Forum will explore the state of the superyacht market, the evolving needs of the supply chain, technological advancements, the growing relevance of sustainability, the impact of artificial intelligence, and the operational challenges that captains and companies face daily. Alongside the Forum, thematic workshops will enable direct discussions on real case studies and the main operational issues in the sector, fostering close dialogue between captains and industry players.

Another core element remains the B2C matchmaking format Meet the Captains, which continues to be the beating heart of YARE. Through a dedicated digital platform and the official event app, each company will have a personalized agenda of face-to-face meetings with captains selected by NAVIGO, based on technical profiles, operational needs, and shared interests. This system guarantees 15 targeted appointments per company and has proven to be highly effective in building professional relationships and generating business opportunities.

The Passerelle Pitch will also return as a key moment: a space dedicated to companies wishing to present innovative solutions and next-generation projects, evaluated directly by the attending captains. The pitch offers a privileged stage for showcasing high-potential ideas and technologies, rewarding the most concrete and innovative proposals.

The 2026 edition introduces several significant updates, aligned with the sector’s ongoing transformation. The selection of captains will be even more targeted, with increased focus on emerging international markets and the needs of large units undergoing refit or with refit operations planned. Content will place greater emphasis on sustainability, supply chain dynamics, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and after-sales management, while the overall programme will increasingly prioritize the sharing of hands-on expertise and operational know-how.

YARE confirms its role as an essential benchmark for those looking to understand emerging trends, anticipate market shifts, and strengthen their presence in the Mediterranean and on the international stage.

“YARE is a relationship accelerator, a content hub, and a place where captains and companies create real value. We will continue working to deliver an international format that is efficient and future-oriented,” says Pietro Angelini, Managing Director of NAVIGO.

From 11 to 13 March 2026, Tuscany will once again become the international capital of refit and aftersales, hosting a new edition of YARE designed to connect, innovate, and support the growth of the entire yachting supply chain.

YARE is supported by the Chamber of Commerce of North-West Tuscany, the Tuscany Region, and Toscana Promozione Turistica, confirming its strategic relevance for the regional economy.
