Besnati embarks on a new chapter in the luxury tender sector
BESNATI BRINGS HURLO 325, THE LATEST EVOLUTION OF ITS LUXURY TENDER RANGE, TO THE 2026 CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL
Besnati will present at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, as a world premiere, a new range of high-performance luxury tenders distinguished by a level of customisation typically associated with the yachting world. Following the unveiling of the first prototypes at boot Düsseldorf, Davide Besnati has further developed the project and will showcase Hurlo 325 in Cannes, equipped with the new 330 hp version of the Belassi Turbo engine, designed to reach a top speed of 60 knots.
“Hurlo 325 is the result of an evolutionary process that began with the prototypes presented at boot Düsseldorf and was refined thanks to feedback from owners and dealers across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In the months following the show, we worked to turn that interest into an even more mature product, refining every technical detail until we reached what we believe is the ideal configuration today.
From Düsseldorf to Cannes, Hurlo 325 is therefore the result of a development process driven by market feedback. In terms of propulsion, we identified Austrian brand Belassi, a specialist in ultra-high-performance marine engines, as the ideal partner. We then reviewed every technical aspect, starting with a redesign of the hulls, engineered to meet the requirements of a wide variety of yachts, regardless of type or shipyard. We also introduced a new driver’s seat and a Formula 1-inspired steering wheel, both made of carbon fibre, an innovative suspension system, and a new 12.5-inch floating touchscreen integrating all onboard systems,” says Davide Besnati, founder and head of the brand.
The project was born from the ambition to create a new type of tender, bringing to this segment the same attention to design, build quality and customisation that defines the world of large yachts. The brand’s philosophy is to develop compact yet exciting craft capable of combining functionality, aesthetics and enjoyment, turning every trip on the water into an engaging experience. “This range stems from my personal experience as a yacht owner. Over the years, I have owned several boats, all equipped with tenders and toys, and I recognised the need to bring greater attention to design, customisation and the pleasure of use to this segment as well. We wanted to create a product capable of combining the design elegance of yachts with the excitement typically associated with more performance-oriented craft,” explains the brand’s founder.
The first model in the range, making its world premiere, is Hurlo 325, designed by Valerio Rivellini, designer, engineer and founder of the eponymous studio. The project draws inspiration from the automotive world, supercars, go-karts and personal watercraft, resulting in a tender characterised by outstanding handling, speed and agility, designed to turn every journey on the water into a moment of pure enjoyment.
Powered by the new 330 hp version of the turbocharged Belassi Turbo engine with a Garrett turbocharger, Hurlo 325 is capable of exceeding a top speed of 60 knots. It is designed to deliver acceleration, responsiveness, control and ease of handling, while ensuring high standards of comfort and safety.
Measuring 3.25 metres in length and 1.78 metres in beam, Hurlo 325 introduces a new approach to mobility on the water: an agile, high-performance craft that is a natural complement to a yacht while also delivering excitement and enjoyment as a standalone vessel.
A distinctive feature of Besnati’s offering is its extensive scope for customisation. Built in composite materials with carbon-fibre details, the brand’s luxury tenders can be configured to meet each owner’s requirements through a wide selection of materials, finishes, colours and technical specifications. This bespoke approach makes it possible to create a unique product that reflects the owner’s personal style while integrating seamlessly with the identity of the mothership.
With this range, Besnati embarks on a new chapter in the luxury tender sector, with plans to expand the line-up in the coming years with models of different sizes, all designed to combine Italian design, high performance and maximum customisation.
