STERK Yachts Appoints Nautical Ventures as Exclusive Florida Dealer
Dealer agreement expands STERK Yachts’ presence through Nautical Ventures’ statewide Florida sales and service network
STERK Yachts today announced the appointment of Nautical Ventures as its exclusive authorized dealer in Florida through a dealer agreement with MS Marine USA Inc., S. Yachts’ authorized U.S. distributor. Under the agreement, Florida exclusivity is maintained subject to specified sales and payment conditions. Through this dealership relationship, Nautical Ventures will represent the STERK Yachts product range throughout Florida, providing product consultation, customer demonstrations, sea trials, delivery, aftersales service and local brand representation through its statewide retail and service network.

The relationship also creates a natural connection between S.Y.’ premium European design, Vision Marine’s propulsion technology and Nautical Ventures’ statewide retail platform.”
The dealership relationship may also support the future introduction of electric S.Y. models in Florida. Vision Marine’s E-Motion™ 180E propulsion system has already been successfully integrated into the STERK 31E. Building on that collaboration, STERK Yachts and Vision Marine are evaluating additional electric configurations that, following successful validation and commercial readiness, could be introduced to Florida customers through Nautical Ventures. The appointment provides customers throughout Florida with local access through Nautical Ventures to the complete S.Y. product range, professional product consultation, sea trials, delivery support and comprehensive after-sales service. Any future availability of additional electric STERK Yachts configurations will remain subject to successful validation, production readiness, product availability and applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
