Assomarinas Gala Dinner Celebrates Marinas in the Beauty of Venice
The event is set up for the iconic Assomarinas Gala Dinner, organized by the Italian association affiliated with Confindustria Nautica and Federturismo, with over 100 member marinas.
At each edition, Assomarinas invest its guests to a discovery of the most evocative and off-the-beaten-path spots in Venice, the City of the Serenissima; for this fifth edition, the invitation is extended to the prestigious halls of the Ridotto in the 17th-century Palazzo Dandolo. During the evening, as President Roberto Perocchio highlighted, the new vision for marinas will be presented: “In the Mediterranean today, marinas are no longer simply docking facilities, but true gateways to a lifestyle centered on the sea, culture, and high-end services.” The event’s partner is Cantiere Baglietto, which, following the success of the recent launch of the T60 yacht, announces the production of custom yachts over 60 meters in length, along with new developments regarding the Bzero project. To enhance the hospitality experience at marina resorts, the We Do Live Holding which inside 12 design brands and offers tailor-made architectural projects, presents new furnishing opportunities for a five-star, Made in Italy hospitality experience.
The company’s president will outline strategies for enhancing and redeveloping marinas as places to experience and live in. The Assomarinas Gala Dinner also is as a hub for international networking and dialogue, featuring the HKTDC, regarding development projects, and Georgette Alithinos by american Safe Harbor channel. As in every edition, the presentation by the Hydrographic Italian Navy Institute which has partnered with Assomarinas since the very first event will be invaluable, providing an overview and update on the sustainable state of marine waters. Numerous consultants will be in attendance, representing insurance companies, law firms, and debt collection agencies, to support and facilitate the work of industry professionals. The invitation-only event is sponsored by the Hydrographic Italian Navy Institute and the City of Venice. The gala is an annual institutional event devoted to updating industry data and promoting the development and dissemination of marina culture.
