Project Jade
Heesen is delighted to announce the sale of YN 20350, the 50m fast cruiser Project Jade, an exquisite all-aluminium yacht that seamlessly blends elegance, innovation, and superior craftsmanship, redefining standards of luxury cruising.
Project Jade boasts a sleek and svelte exterior design penned by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects. The striking lines of the yacht not only enhance her aesthetic appeal but underline her exceptional performance on the water. Each line of Project Jade reflects the meticulous attention to detail for which Heesen Yachts is renowned.
Outdoor spaces have been carefully designed for optimum enjoyment of life at sea. The generous sundeck with a whirlpool forward, the aft terrace on the wheelhouse deck, and the main deck aft terrace with split level ensure that guests have plenty of space to relax, party, and experience the beauty of the surrounding nature. The beach club, with its seamless connection to the swim platform, stands out as a unique area, offering a sheltered yet close-to-the-water experience.
With a contemporary interior by Cristiano Gatto, Project Jade embodies a perfect blend of elegance, sophistication, and modern technology. A conceptual and airy atmosphere is achieved through various materials and textures that reflect natural light. Mirrors and tempered glass inspired by the sky, along with bold pops of green from the yacht’s namesake stone, Jade, contribute to the overall aesthetic.
Accommodating twelve guests in five staterooms, including an owners’ suite on the main deck forward, Project Jade ensures a comfortable experience for all. The remaining guest cabins, two doubles and two twins, are on the lower deck. Nine crew members will look after the guests efficiently and discreetly thanks to a very well-thought-out layout, which is the foundation for a successful yachting experience.
Masterfully designed, Jade’s interiors have been flawlessly executed by the fine-cabinet makers of Heesen Yachts Interiors in Winterswijk. Heesen is one of the few shipyards in the world to own its luxury cabinet-making workshop. 100 skilled craftspeople work with passion and precision to execute intricate designs to perfection.
The advantages of building luxury interiors in-house are numerous. In primis, the flexibility to welcome any design request, and our philosophy is clear: “There is no such thing as mission impossible. If you designed it, we can build it.” Secondly, meticulous attention to quality and cost control ensures that every detail meets the highest standards. Lastly, but certainly not least, our in-house approach allows for seamless integration into the entire engineering and construction process, fostering a harmonious and efficient workflow from concept to completion.
Project Jade is a testament to Heesen’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality, innovative design, and unparalleled performance. Her optimised hull design for reduced fuel consumption and the shallow draft makes her the ideal yacht for island hopping, allowing her owners and their guests to navigate the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean and the Bahamas with the utmost ease.
With a top speed of 23 knots, Jade also boasts a highly efficient hull design, meticulously designed and engineered by Heesen’s in-house naval architects. This efficiency is not merely about speed; it’s also about creating a seamless, comfortable experience for those onboard. In addition to its impressive design and performance features, Project Jade also proudly stands as IMO III compliant, reflecting Heesen’s dedication to meeting the highest international standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
