Hanse is setting new standards once again with a new homepage.
The new webpage offers users a unique and above all highly visual brand experience. Following the trend towards videos in the Internet, the new homepage is based on HD videos and photographs of the models and makes the yachts the central focus. The new homepage is optimized for full-screen display and gives a comprehensive insight into all Hanse models. It can be played on a variety of different terminal equipment in exactly the same way – from PCs and tablets to TVs. The complex technical implementation takes place based on HTML5 and JavaScript using the Open Source Content management system TYPO3. The challenge was to design a streamlined interface, with a high level of information content and taking into account navigability via mouse, touch, keyboard and remote control. To emphasize the extensive individualization options for Hanse yachts, a configurator was integrated in the website among other things. A complete visualized accessories list will also follow shortly, which will enable you to configure your new boat in comfort and shows you exactly what each item involves and how it looks! There are a wide range of other features too, such as the 360 degree panoramic views, which give you a life-like glimpse inside the yacht and make it easy for you to choose a Hanse! You can compare different Hanse models using the “Comparing Tool”, which can show the differences in size between two consecutive models, for example. Once you have chosen a model and a configuration, you can use the worldwide retailer search in the form of an interactive map of the world to contact the retailer of your choice. There is now an owners’ area for Hanse owners, where you will find useful information relating to your boat, such as electric diagrams, water pipe diagrams, drawings of reinforcements in the deck, for example, and where you can also contact your dealer directly. The website is a new, innovative development, both with regard to the conception and design, as well as the programming – with the website, Hanse is setting a new standard in the online world too. The navigation through the menu takes place as before with a mouse, via arrow navigation on the keyboard, or via touchpad on portable devices.
