Arcadia Yachts, the Italian Shipyard focused on “green” solutions and innovative design, will present in “World-Premier” at “Dusseldorf Boot 2014” an alternative layout for its successful model “Arcadia 85”
Arcadia 85 has broken with the tradition also thanks to its unique layout, a “Loft Concept” expressly
designed to satisfy the needs of those Owners who enjoy driving their yacht while sharing the
wheelhouse/dining space with family and guests. This new proposal offers an optional layout targeted to a
more formal “life-style” on board and assigns the crew its own confortable zone, for the mutual privacy of
both guests’ and crew’s areas:
• The salon and the dining-room are now integrated in the same living area, about 35 sqm on suite
with the unique 47 sqm “lounge” on the aft-deck: more than 80 square meters of continuous space
on the same level! From the dining bulkhead to the sundeck, one can enjoy a 14 meters walkway
along the main-deck, free view all around.
• A spacious “hall” leads to the lower-deck cabins, to the galley and to the wheelhouse, creating a
perfect filter between the guests’ and the crew’s area.
• The galley has a direct access to the external starboard passage through a wide door which allows
an efficient air exchange and an easy crew circulating on board. The galley offers multiple work
surfaces and large storage space.
• The wheelhouse features an original central wheel dashboard, provided with pilot and co-pilot
armchairs, a crew mess with an extendable table and a comfortable “C” shaped sofa hosting up to 4
people.
• A stairway (optional) allows a direct access to the crew quarter (2 cabins, 4 beads, 2 bathrooms)
from inside the bridge. The usual external hatch under the sun-deck will be used as emergency
escape.
Very few yachts of this size offer similar facilities, which are also crucial for charter
