YAMARIN CROSS 57 BOW RIDER

YAMARIN 57

The Yamarin Cross 57 Bow Rider is a new addition to the aluminium-hulled Yamarin Cross model range for 2014. This “big sister” of the popular 53 Bow Rider is perfect for boaters who require a little more power and room. The new boat features the most spacious, functional and sheltered open deck space in its class, along with excellent handling characteristics for versatile and safe navigation. The new Yamarin Cross 57 Bow Rider is a fantastic fishing or general-purpose boat, thanks to Yamarin’s hallmark handling characteristics, particularly in rougher seas. The recommended engine power is 80–115 hp. Behind its windshield, the Yamarin Cross 57 Bow Rider has the roomiest open deck space in its size category, with ample leg room also for passengers on the aft bench. The windshield is high and affords excellent protection from the elements. The boat is easy to load and board from the bow, stern or sides. High and sturdy bow and aft railings increase safety. There is a wide bathing ladder at the stern, along with anchor boxes on both sides. The open aft deck space features well-placed, fixed retainers for easy access to fenders. The Yamarin Cross 57 Bow Rider has a mounting compartment for a chart plotter with 9” screen. High and sturdy offshore seats are provided for the driver and co-driver. The boat is equipped with a spacious, locking glove compartment and a large storage compartment under the long bow bench, extending under the console. There is another ample, two-level storage compartment under the aft bench. Yamarin Cross boats feature an entirely novel type of hull structure. This structure enables handling characteristics previously only expected of fibreglass boats, and the interior spaces are considerably larger than in other aluminium boats of the same size category. The new structure also minimises the amount of hull noise. The aluminium-hulled Yamarin Cross line was launched for the 2011 season in the autumn of 2010. The model range will contain six models in 2013: in addition to the new boats just unveiled, the 53 Bow Rider and 53 Center Console, launched in 2012, and the 63 Bow Rider and 61 Center Console, launched in 2011. Ähtäri-based Campnou Oy manufactures the hulls, while Seliö Boats Oy in Sammatti (60 Cabin) and Fenix Marin Oy in Valkeakoski (other Cross models) are responsible for deck manufacture and assembly. Yamarin Cross is a trademark of Konekesko Oy. Yamarin Cross boats have been granted the Key Flag symbol, the symbol of Finnish know-how, by The Association of Finnish Work.
